In-Person classes provide our students with a classroom environment and the ability to interact with a live instructor and other students. We believe that registering for an In-Person class is the best way to learn the material, but we understand that some people are not able to attend due to other personal and business commitments.

Online courses are best suited for highly motivated students that are willing to devote extra efforts to learn the material without the aid of a live instructor. Although the course is an automated, internet-based program, our school is there with you all the way. PASSWORD ACCESS IS VALID FOR 6 MONTHS. Sales Associate Pre-License Course (Live Class)

The live Sales Associate Pre-License Class is our most popular program. This class combines 4 days of live classroom instruction supplemented with online materials, quizzes and tests (together they satisfy the 63-hour state requirement). Our printed textbook, online practice tests (600 sample questions), and CRAM SLAM video review recordings are included with your registration. Password access is valid for 6 months. Broker Pre License Course (Live Class)

The live Broker Pre-License Class is our most popular Broker program, combining live classroom instruction with online quizzes and tests (which satisfies the 72-hour state requirement). Our CRAM SLAM video review is also included at no additional charge. The Broker Pre-License course covers the practice of real estate, including property rights, title concepts, taxes, liens, contracts, mortgages, planning and zoning, appraising, investments, agency and license law, all designed to fully prepare our students for the broker state exam. 45 hour Post-license education course is designed to be training orientated for the development of skills necessary for licensees to operate effectively.

Everyone who holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License must complete 45 hours of post-license education within their initial license period (the first 18-24 months after initial license issue). Post-license education courses are designed to be training orientated for the development of skills necessary for licensees to operate effectively.
